6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds
At Jo's Bees, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
